Information and communication technology total solution for Ansar Almojahedin investment and Ghrarz-Al-Hasaneh institute

     In  this  project,  current  status  of  the  institute,  beneficiaries  requirements  and expectations  and  also  international  trends  were investigated and a total solution of information and communication technology was presented by the DPI.

This project aims the following items:

•           Providing a roadmap for information and communication technology development

•           Providing information technology solutions in the institute

•           Providing a suitable architecture for information systems, network, software, hardware storage resources and consolidation

•           Providing institute operation schedules for hardware, security, network infrastructure,  application  systems,  human  and  management  resources based on the proposed    architecture. Estimating time, costs, human resources needed for each schedule and finally prioritizing the schedules.

•           Presenting schedule Request For Proposals (RFPs) considering the institute as top priority based on the suitable architecture.
